Overview

To launch The North Face Red Box range, the brand delivered a city-wide experiential campaign designed to reward engagement, build anticipation, and culminate in a secret live music performance at a landmark London venue.

Access93 supported the campaign by delivering the digital accreditation and access control layer that tied the entire experience together – from scavenger hunt participation to secure entry at the final reveal event.

The Concept

Participants took part in a scavenger hunt-style activation, visiting multiple branded locations across London. At each activation, attendees collected wristbands as proof of participation.

Once the challenge was completed, wristbands were traded in and converted into a secure digital credential, granting access to a secret concert revealed only to eligible participants.

The challenge for organisers was clear:

  • Capture attendee data cleanly and securely
  • Prevent sharing or duplication of access
  • Keep the experience seamless and on-brand
  • Protect the secrecy of the final venue
