Access93 began with a team of experienced event professionals and technologists who recognised a critical need for smarter, safer event infrastructure. Drawing on years of hands-on experience at high-profile festivals, award shows, and sporting events, we set out to tackle the challenges of unauthorised access, counterfeit credentials, and limited visibility across live event sites.
Our story has evolved rapidly. In early 2025, we deployed a new suite of technologies at a series of major award shows to prevent fake passes, stop stage invaders, and secure sensitive areas like red carpets and dressing rooms. These systems, designed to track access in real time and block unauthorised entries, set a new benchmark for event security.
As we grow, so does our ambition. We’re now rolling out Heartbeat, our remote monitoring platform that gives organisers live oversight of deployed devices — from power levels to network status. Through hardware innovation, software development, and on-site support, we continue to drive change in how events are managed, secured, and experienced.
