Overview
At All Points East Festival 2025, Access93 supported Ginger Owl Productions with high-speed crew access control and secure QR-based entry systems managing the daily scanning of thousands of day staff, bar teams, security, cleaners, and traders.
With a huge rotating workforce and tight gate timings, this project required a reliable, scalable scanning setup capable of delivering real-time validation and full audit control all without slowing down entry lanes.
What We Delivered
Working in partnership with GoAllAreas, we used their accreditation system to issue unique, date- and zone-specific QR codes to all staff. These codes were sent directly to crew emails or devices, creating a secure, controlled check-in process.
To process these efficiently, we deployed our brand-new Cube scanning system, achieving sub-1-second scan speeds and clearing queues far faster than traditional handheld-only setups.

Catering Control & Sustainability
In addition to crew scanning, Access93 also supported Ginger Owl Productions’ catering scanning system, helping manage access to meal entitlements and providing accurate numbers to catering teams.
By scanning every crew member accessing catering, we helped:
- Ensure only accredited staff received meals
- Track daily consumption trends
- Prevent repeat meal claims
- Provide reliable numbers for caterers to reduce over-ordering and food waste
